Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping: $5.00 per order
  • Free shipping on orders over $99
  • Free shipping on your first order when you subscribe to our newsletter

Processing & Delivery Time

Once payment is confirmed, your order will typically be delivered within 7–15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

In the event of unexpected delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, customs holds, or carrier disruptions), we will proactively reach out to you with an update.

Pre-Order Items

Some of our products are available for pre-order. For pre-order items, payment is collected at the time of purchase. Your order will be shipped within 60 days of successful payment confirmation. The estimated shipping date will be automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation, so you'll always know when to expect your item.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately at no additional shipping charge. In-stock items will be dispatched first, followed by pre-order items once they are ready to ship.

Carrier & Shipping Method

We ship from overseas warehouses and work with multiple carriers. At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific carriers or shipping services. The carrier will be selected based on availability and your destination.

Important — Fragile Items

Our ceramic products are fragile. We strongly recommend that you inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the item itself, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can arrange a refund or replacement.

Do not discard the original packaging until you have confirmed the item is in good condition.
