• A 60-Day Crafting Journey: Handcrafted warmth takes time. All pre-order items will ship exactly 60 days from the date your order is placed. We will keep you updated as your piece goes through the kiln!
  
• Early Bird Perk (Limited to 100 Spots): As a heartfelt thank you to our earliest supporters and "Rooted Mates," we are offering an exclusive Early-Bird discount for the first 100 pre-orders per design.
  
• Limited Time Window: This special pricing will automatically end either when the 100 spots are claimed, or when the campaign deadline arrives—whichever comes first. Once the spots are filled, the items will return to their regular retail price.
  
• Combined Orders: Good news! If your cart includes both "Ready to Ship" and "Pre-order" items, we will not make you wait. Your in-stock items will be shipped out first within our normal timeframe, and your pre-order piece will follow separately in 60 days.
